St. Joseph’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School was established in 1981 as a Primary English Medium School, by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kottar, a Religious Minority. The Bishop of the Diocese is the manager of the school and he appoints a Priest of the Diocese, as its Correspondent and another Priest if needed as the Co-Correspondent.
